[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Refrigerator - service issue | |||
I've registered a complaint 45 days back and after repeated follow up, finally a technician came to our place and checked. He said pcb is gone and it needs to be changed. He has changed and charged us approx. Rs. 2800. After some days of changing this, we had another problem - this time all our items were getting frozen and ultimately got spoiled. This time again we called the customer care and registered the complaint. They said again i need to pay for the service charge - which was not even 1 week & inspite of our repeated reminders no one turned up so far. Such a disappointing service one can expect - everytime i call the customer care or the service engineer, i get the same reply "we will arrange for a call back", so far nothing changed.
