I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator (If inv 355 elt 4s/340l ref-caviar black) on 28th may. Upon delivery, the whirpool person found a dent at the back. He raised a request for a replacement. However, after several conversations, the company failed to provide us with a replacement, so we opted for a refund.
As per the customer care, the refund should be credited to my account within 45 days from the processing date.
The service centre people say that the refund was processed on 17th june, but till now, i have not received my refund although its exactly 2 months today
The service centre people are too arrogant and keeps on disconnecting my calls. I am extremely unhappy with whirlpool. We trusted whirlpool, but it seems that we made a great mistake by purchasing their product.
Too much dissatisfied.. Will never recommend anyone about the rand.
