[Resolved] Whirlpool India — regarding improper functioning and service team not listening and taking action

sir, I bought a refrigerator on 19/07/2014 and after one month it is not cooling, ice depositing on the boards, water collecting on freeze trays and in vegetable keeping basket. I complaints many a times but service team is not responding and taking me seriously kindly help me out. JAGDISH pradhan
