One of the two Whirlpool window AC's which I purchased during April & May 16 one is working fine but the other got a history of repairs now though in warranty, which makes it an ideal defective product liable for immediate replacement.
Events -
1. Purchased - 09/04/2016 (Sargam Mayur Vihar Ph-1, Delhi)
2. Gas Leak - Repaired under warranty by Goel Enterprises Patparganj (Delhi) and delivered back on 24/07/2016 by Service Doc No - 18769.
3. Gas Leak - Repaired, serviced and returned by Goel Enterprises Patparganj (Delhi) 19/09/2016 by Service Doc No - 13929.
4. Gas Leak - Repaired cooling coil changed as per service center (Goel Enterprises) and returned on 28/09/2016 by Service Doc No - DL [protected].
5. 3rd April 17 - Requested for service under warranty (Service Request DL-[protected]), engineer on visit again found out that AC is not working and asked us to make another complain.
6. 4th April 17 - Again complained on above advise (Service Request DL-[protected]), but we are yet to hear from whirlpool service as of today this has been updated on the Toll free no as well but no solution as yet.
Request the concerned to get the machine replaced as we have had a lot of trouble because of this machine, on other hand most of my appliances are trouble free whirlpool products and as per your customer care I qualify as your privilege customer so kindly oblige accordingly.
