Dear Sir/Madam,
I am constrained to express my displeasure and resentment at the supply of a defective refrigerator. I bought a Whirlpool IFPRO INV CNV 278-2S/262 LTR Ref -Belle Epoque Refrigerator from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd. on 08 June 2023. I am sorry to say that the refrigerator didn’t give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service even for a few days. Within a few days its started making loud noises from Freezer section of the refrigerator. So I have raised 1st service ticket from Whirlpool India having service request no. (KOL[protected]) on[protected]. Mechanic came for the visit on[protected] and after a minute or so he advised us to shut down the refrigerator for 1 day and then start the same and check whether problem is solved or not. We did the same but problem was still there with an additional issue of lower refrigerator not getting adequate cooling. So I raised my 2nd service ticket on 18th July 2023 for the cooling issue in refrigerator and making very loud noises sometimes. The Engineer visited on 19th July and informed us that some parts needs to be replaced. And he will do the same on few days. We need to keep the fridger shut off for 1 day prior to his visit. But after that we did not hear from him till date. So, we have again raised the concerned to the whirlpool team on 25th July 2023 seeking their help as this is new refrigerator, they assured us that the problem will be solved within 10 days as they are escalating the issue with concerned team. But we did not get any response from anyone for few days. So, we raised the concerned to the Whirlpool Customer care again on[protected]. They gave me the no for Head Engineer (Kolkata) Soumyaditya Roy. And after communicating with his team, they told me that by[protected] they will try to solve the issue. Till today I have not heard anything from them.
Please do the needful and extend the warranty for the time the device is unrepaired. And If parts are not available, please replace the same.
From the moment I have purchased this device I cannot enjoy the same as every few days I have to raise a complain.
