My first supreme care washing machine was purchases on oct 2nd 2017. I registered a rusting issue complaint on may 29th 2019 and received a replacement on aug 25th, 2019. I was asked to pay rs 5000 for a different model fresh care 7112 and i made the payment. The replacement one has a door lock issue and needs to be replaced again. The service center mr madhu told it will take time and not sure how long. I am left with heaps o[censored]nwashed clothes and my wife is washing 1 pair a day by hands. This is really frustrating. Mr madhu says to contact kamaleshwari with phone number [protected] but the number is switched off and there is no response to the emails as well. I am left in lurch.
My wife is furious with the service of whirlpool.
