Dear Sir,
I considered Whirlpool a good brand and purchased RO-water Purifier - Wirlpool Mineral Ultra, serial no: INVI[protected], Model No.:61012 on 17/08/2017. The complaint number is TN[protected] Date: 03/08/2018.
The filter needs to be changed. I tried contacting your service center and there was no response. I also complained regarding this. I have One year warranty and free service.
It is really difficult to use water for drinking and cooking when it's not properly purified. I am suffering a lot and I have a kidney stone problem. I purchased your product hoping that your's is the best. I am very disappointed with the service and disheartened. I have been waiting for service personnel to arrive since I registered the complaint. But still, there is no action.
I approached the dealer and customer care several times regarding this. I am afraid that I will be told that the warranty is expired after 19th of this month. I have been ignored and my complaint is not taken up seriously. It seems like you don't care about your customer.
This kind of action doesn't suit your brand name "Whirlpool", at all.
I request you to take action immediately and change the filters. Kindly send someone for service and to change the filter. Was this information helpful? |
