Hi, i had complained for the refrigerator issue on 3rd aug.2018 (Complaint no. S[protected] and attended by technician mr. Nasir on 4th aug.2018 and replaced the thermostrate by charging rs.2200/- + 400 service charge. Within a week again same problem started and the person who attended the service is not at all attending the complaint on repeated and continuous calls from me.
I didnt expect so poor and disgusting service from whirlpool. Mr. Nasir is completely ignoring my repeated calls.
