I made a complaint for low cooling of my fridge on 12th may, an executive from whirlpool visited me and opened the relay, broke it and said it is the faulty part, changed it and left saying the fridge would work fine. The same issue persists and after calling them the next day, another executive visits, and says there are 2 more faulty parts which will be replaced. This is simply fooling customers. Had they given me the entire list of items that needs to be changed with their costs i would have better decided to buy a new fridge. It makes no point to spend over 10000 on an old fridge. On complaining the same to customer centre, they mentioned we do not have any details on pricing of parts or what the service provider is doing. This is a complete fraud being run by whirlpool where they are only interested in getting visit charges and let the service providers do any harm to the customers. This is the most pathetic experience i have had with any reputed brand.
