[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — split ac 3d cooling

Updated by Anirban Samaddar I am Anirban Samaddar. I bought a Ac before 3 years from Fair deal show room sonarpur, kolkata -700150, westbengal.. When i bought this product they said its 100% coper in every where and we trust them.But we less use this product with sophisticate. But dud to less cooling for. Few days we bring a technician.he said gass are almost emty. We are shocked. We did not use that much. But thing is that when he open the machine we saw that every is alloy!! Where the bloody coper??
So my simple question to you ! Is this a right way to sell a product and bluf the customers .and take 40000/-.
And now today technician took 1800 /- and tood us if the work is not done.then we shoukd change frok alloy to Cooper! Which cost 7 to 8000. Who want to bear 8000 after only 3 years. Dont you train your customer representative for sell your product??
If you are not take any action. I will wait for 7 days. After that i will go to consumer forum.
