I had purchased a split ac model 3-d cool extreme 1.5 ton on 2nd may 2016. Which is under breakdown from 4th august -16. I had made a complain to customer care on same day. (Complain no:-dn[protected])
Next day (5th aur-16) one person visited and attended the issue and confirm that outer unit motor had burned.
Till 12th aug-16 no action taken. After all i had called to whirlpool gurgaon office and talk to mr. Avinash (Care manager).
He is committed to me that problem will be resolved till 16th aug-16. But today 19th aug-16. Was this information helpful? |
