The prolonged inconvenience food wastage and insulin injection wastage are unacceptable.

I am attaching a copy of the Job card and the payment made and no resolution provided
I urgently request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue comprehensively. I expect a qualified technician to be dispatched promptly to diagnose and repair the refrigerator. Clear and consistent communication regarding the status of the repair process is essential.
Furthermore, I believe it's only fair to request compensation for the significant losses I've incurred during this period without a functional appliance. I hope this email serves as a final plea to address this matter promptly before I explore other avenues for resolution.
