Whirlpool India — very poor service after sales

We bought whirlpool washing machine from other district in Gujarat and call to customer care for free installation at home. He told me that Engineer will come on 24 hours for installation, an Engineer came next day after so many calls by me but he didnt do anything, he just show that put this line to drainage and do this things, he didnt touch machine and didnt open as well. i talk to many peoples in whirlpool but they all are same. so guys i[censored] want to buy any product then please investigate after sales service first. Whirlpool guys are shouting and use bossiness. please dont buy any product from whirlpool.
