[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washer 360 bloomwash | |||
Please refer to my earlier complaint which the company has unilaterally declared as resolved. I complained to consumer complaints .in on 16/9/2018regarding Whirlpool Washer-DL [protected] which had many problems.After a few days someone from Whirlpool called me to enquire about it, I explained to him in detail the difficulty faced by me. He then sent Mr. Joginder Singh to check it.He checked and found that that the water level sensor was defective and so he changed it.One problem was partially solved but other remained so he recommended that the washer may be changed.Mr. Puneet sent another engineer Mr Gurdeep Singh who after checking said that everything with the machine is alright, but I told Mr Puneet that the edges of clothes got frayed sometimes .He asked me to send the photographs of some clothes which I sent on 16/10/2018.After seeing these he agreed and promised to change the washer. After this for almost 10days we were in touch with each other and I was told that my Model was not available and I could take the same model, to which I refused and told him that I shall wait for sometime till the model, 360 Bloomwash Pro H which I want is available. Of course I shall pay the difference in price.After a few days days I was told that it is available and will be delivered to me in 2-3 days.Then again I received a phone from Mr.Puneet that the person who had rejected my claim has objected to it and is being sent to check it again . He came and waited for two hours and as expected said that the machine is alright. My complaints still remain that: 1.At the onset of washing cycle the clothes move without water and after sometime the water start filling in the machine. 2. Clothes remain dirty probably because the washing time is is very less and soaking time is much more.In 58 minutes cycle which lasts for 1hour and 20 minutes-the soaking time is 25 minutes and washing time is only 08minutes an d the rest is for filling, rinsing and spinning. 3. Seams and pleats of curtains get undone. I contacted Mr Puneet on 03/11/2018but he showed his helplessness in doing anything except assign the same person again but nobody came. I am deeply distressed by the approach of the company whom I always trusted and is my favorite and they are the World leader in Electric Appliances. I am totally disappointed and regret that I bought this machine. I am 73 years of age, so I request you please get this machine removed from my home .
