Respected sir, I bought one whirlpool 360' washing machine, in chennai through viveks electronics limited. I bought on[protected], and i installed on february 5th of 2014. After using two months i got the error as UB (un balancing). I lodged complaint and your engineer attended and the error went then after two days i got the same error. Then again i lodged the complaint then he came to attend, like this i have lodgred lotof time atlast your engineer has complained to his senior person and one person from pondicherry has attend the complaint. He changed all the parts excluding the outer body. Like this it went so far for four months. I was shocked about the product and got fed up with the product. Atlast the machine got ready. Now for the past one month the same problem is occuring, then i called the toll free number they registered the complaint and the engineer came and reset the machine but it went for two or three days only. The same thing is occurring. I bought the machine fort my convinence but it is troubling me from the first month itself, so I kindly request you to replace with new machine, because already all the parts have been changed. There is no use with this changing process. So I kindly request you to change the machine without any delay.
