Whirlpool India — Washing machine drum not working

Never faced a customer service for any brand..for one week I have not been properly addressed by whirlpool even after multiple calls and multiple complaints on the same issue.. even the service centre person not properly responding..they say you will get call from technician or technician will come at this time but waste no calls or visit...THEY KEEP OPENING NEW TICKETS AND CLOSING THEMSELVES WITHOUT RESOLVING ISSUE THEY CREATE AND CLOSE TO SHOW FAKE NUMBERS...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ...THEY DONT CARE CUSTOMER DON GO FOR WHIRLPOOL...DAILY CONTACTING THEM KNOWING THEY ARE NOT GONNA RESOLVE MY ISSUE MAKES ME THINK I AM A FOOL
