[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Washing machine not being purposefully rectified since 8 months | |||||
Our washing machine panel started showing problems around 8 months back and we logged a complaint as we had an amc with whirlpool. Technicians visited several times but did not rectified the fault. They agreed that the control panel needs to be changed but to out great surprise refused to change it as they stated that 'the cost of the panel will be deducted from their service center if they changed it etc.' After several complaints, the issue remains intact. I am not sure what kind of service is such a brand offering where they charge ~7k for 3 years amc and refuse to correct the fault. I think the service center people are wasting time and waiting for our amc to expire so that they can charge us the money. I have again logged a complaint on 11th june'17 which has again been assigned to the same service center. I am not sure till when do we have to follow up and get harassed. They do not even regard our old age and trouble us to the level of extremity. Hope to see a solution soon, not sure when... Was this information helpful? | |||||
