Whirlpool India — washing machine performance

I have purchased this washing machine on 24.07.2015 from vasanth&co karur, tamilnadu (Serial number int[protected] bill number;[protected]) problem started after six month from the purchase. Big sound started while m/c running then we called the service and they come and rectify this. Same complaint repeated 3 times and atlast the service people come on june17 and they ask 4500 rs for charging some inner drum parts we denied to give that amount. Now it's running with huge sound and sometimes not working. I really trust on whirlpool brand name but now i really felt bad on that' if possible do something this will really create one satisfied customer of whirlpool otherwise...
