Water purifier not working from 1 month for November 1st I am facing the issue but no response from anyone. I purchased just 5months before fighting with people from 2monthe.
I keep calling the customer care and service provider but no response, I am totally frustrated no response from anyone each time when we call to customer care there are telling a different story

Whirlpool India Customer Care's response Dear Team,

In this case, branch has received the required refund cheque but customer has denied to collect the same right now as he is not available at place, he will collect directly from branch whenever, he will be available hence we are closing this case.
