I purchased online Whirlpool 300L 3 door refridgerator, FP 313d Protton Roy, on the 1st of June 2019 S.No. INE[protected], Alpha steel colour from Amazon.in Within 2 months I saw water droplets from the door seal and fungus formation on the outer seal of the vegetable drawer. Technician Rajesh from Max Service Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore visited me on the 20th August 2019 complaint no. BG[protected] and advised me that if this persists the next few days to call him and share the pictures so he can apply for a replacement as per the warranty conditions. I called and booked a complaint ( Service request no. BG[protected]) on the 26th of August 2019. Provided Rajesh with proof of purchase assuring me of replacement. On the 23rd of September 2019 at 10pm, when the replacement fridge was about to be delivered I noticed it was a Crimson steel colour instead of Alpha steel colour. I did not accept delivery. Tried reaching the service manage Mr. Sundar and got no response till now. From 24th September 2019 at 10.30am Ive tried getting help and nobody has responded back including Sundar who is the head of the agency. However, when my mother tried reaching Sundar mobile no.[protected] from a different number, he picked the call instantly.And to worsen when she asked him why he wasn’t responding to her daughters calls he said he is busy and in a customers residence and hence he couldn’t take my calls. When she probed further he said he was busy and hung up abruptly.The complaint was closed despite repeated calls, on the 26th Sep 2019. I called customer service 3 times today 28th September 2019 and they finally opened a fresh complaint no.BG[protected]. I have no faith in WHIRLPOOL and they need to have stricter policy in customer grievance redressal.
