I bought the Whirlpool double door Refrigerator1.1year back. Finding cooling issue after 3 months. So complaints registered & engineer come & they told me the gas problem it’s leakage & they full fill the gas issue, after that again facing cooling issue after 8 month over & engineer come & change the Fan motor, after two week over again face same cooling issue now again engineer come & they bill us INR 3, 200 for the gas issue so I don’t understand is the Whirlpool are branded company & why they sale defected product to Customer & collecting unnecessary service charges from Customer What should I do now? This would be a loss approx. 30, 000 within 1.1 Years & it’s not good for the company future Business.
Need replacement with new one or return my money.
