Whirlpool India — Whirlpool dishwasher to be returned

The lower arm of my whirlpool dishwasher is not working. For which your service team came & checked. Then they said it cannot be replaced, so you can return the machine.
For which many emails & WhatsApp msgs have been exchanged. Last I was asked for a video. That also I sent & I was told commercial approval is also done but till date no refund is processed & no one has picked up the machine. I register complaint they just close it without solving the problem.
My two complaint No are BAN[protected] &
BAN[protected].
BOTH CLOSED BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED
