Whirlpool India — whirlpool double door refrigerator replacement | |||
Hi, Recently we purchased whirlpool neo fresh double door refrigerator on jan 27 2018. Refrigerator sensor was not working and demo person told it needs replacement and he told he will create ticket for that. Replacement ticket was created on 1st feb 2018 and after that there was no update from them for 15 days. We called whirlpool customer care to get update and from that day, we are getting same update that, they are having some technical issues. Being world's famous brand i am not sure how many days they face technical issues and we are still waiting for replacement. This is worst worst experience and we are really frustrated. We tried to escalate it and still there is no hope about replacement process. They are not refunding our money too. Was this information helpful? | |||

Still they have a same reason that, they are not able to process our replacement request due to system related technical issues and same reason we are listening from them almost from 30 days.
Being world's popular brand does it take so much time to fix system related technical issues?? or is it just common reason they tell to all customers (I am wondered***).
