Whirlpool fantasia inverter ac is about 1.3 months old and hence out of warranty period. Somehow got a whirlpool technician by registering a complaint at the toll free number [protected] that is only meant for south india according to your customer service representatives. Everytime i called i was promised a call back but no one would call except for once to register my complaint. Technician detected a problem with pcp on 28.07.2018 and took rupees 2000 advance (For rs 9000 fee) on 31.07.2018 promising to fix it in a weeks time. We are on 03.09.2018, no one has contacted me regarding this. I have called the technician almost every day after 1.5 weeks since he took the money, he keeps saying that the part needs to come from faridabad and needs a week more. Three weeks have passed by yet no updates from them. Their address is :

First of all, we had high expectations on this ac model, but within such a short time has started giving us problems. Your customer service gives me zero response as they start out saying i cant speak to them as im a resident of mumbai. Why have you provided a toll free number in that case. Are your products designed only for those living in the south of india???
