Whirlpool a well know brand in india since decades, but sometime when customer does not receive a good product and service the brand name goes to zero. Same is going on with me, i purchased whirlpool split ac 1.0 ton on 16th march 2019 from flipkart and from the very first day i was having an issue in it, less cooling a very less airflow, it take 6-7 hr to cool a 10 feet x 10 feet room and its airflow is very very less. I logged an complaint online but no one contacted me, then i called your toll-free number and logged an complaint, your technician visited and said yes cooling is very less and might be less gas in compressor is the reason, and for less airflow he cleaned the blower of indoor unit and did top-up gas in compressor, with this he assured me that it will work fine now, i kept it under testing but nothing changed, it’s as like as it was on day one, i don't know whether your technician are not well trained or if they try to fool the customer so that product goes out of warranty and then their job is done and will ask for paid service.
This is totally unacceptable service from a brand like whirlpool which can’t be taken forward. Here i request you to look into this matter and get the unit replaced as it was its manufactured fault and i can’t pay for this. I can’t believe on your technicians now as they already failed and now they might give another excuse till it’s out of warranty. Hope issue will be resolved and i don’t have to take it to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
