My whirlpool fridge went out of functioning from 28th May and I complained the customer care vide ticket no.DL[protected] dt29.5.2019 and then on my complaint remains and the fridge is not giving cooling. On 29th May the engineer attended from M/s, Goel Enterprises, Partarganj, Delhi and on 30th he changed the compressor, charging Rs. 7850/ the machine worked for a day and again started with no cooling, on persistent complaint, sr.engineer visited and tried but having no effect, M/s Goel enterprises, took the fridge to their workshop on 11th June and delivered on 14th saying the fridge is repaired and working normally. We have altogether spent Rs. 9150/- ( Three receipts of Rs.900/, rs.7850 & Rs. 400)for the repair and fridge is still not giving any cooling.It has been horrific experience in this scorching heat of Delhi dealing with the agent and fighting the extreme hear conditions without the basic required fridge system. Hope you can understand the plight of the customer, even after spending a chunk of amount for the repair and again back to square situation for no use. We want either the fridge to be functioning normal or return us the money spend on this futile attempt. Was this information helpful? |
