Whirlpool India — whirlpool pcb not available

My name is sonali i have purchased whirlpool washing machine in 2012 my machine bill is lost and delar is refusing to give me duplicate bill, my machine pcb was not working so complain in whirlpool so whirlpool engineer came and check he said that medam your pcb is not working you have to put new one i say ok then he say you have to pay survice charge and give advance payment i say ok then he told me you will get pcb in 3 -4working days, after 6 days i call in service center the reply me that pcb is not available their is no alternate solution for it, it mean that whirlpool only sell their products after selling products they don't take responsibility of products demage and nor give replacement of products,
