Hello, I am frustrated with the customer care of whirlpool. Compliant that the lights on my fridge start blinking and beeping. CN[protected]- board changed on 12.8.2014. Issue persistent Compliant raised again. Sensor changed on 19.9.2014. Issue persists complaint raised again and we are not getting a proper response for the last 3 weeks. CN[protected] CN[protected] CN[protected] Pathetic service for a pretty good brand which has pretty good hardware. Not sure what would it take for my parents to get them resolved.
