Bought 1.2 t ac on 16.03.15, installation was not done properly. The engineer interchanged the connection of outdoor unit ( netural in earth & earth in neutral) so i faced electrical shocks in entire house and same was rectified after several compliants in the month of june'15. In nov'15 cooling of ac was very low so i registered compliant on 26.11.15 ( compl no cn [protected] ) after two days engineer from whirlpool service provider m/s mothers care visited and told cooling coil has to be replaced, even after 20 days no response from them. When contacted they told me spare is not available. Then they came and collected copy of the purchase bill and told they will replace the indoor unit. It is almost 45 days now but no response from them. I have contacted the following persons. This for your information and action.
