Whirlpool India — Whirlpool washing machine failure within a span of 1 month after repair

My whirlpool washing serial no.[protected] has failed within a span of 1month after repair. The engineer had come and checked the washing machine and has told that the PCB board has a problem and he took Rs. 3400/- for repair charges vide JOB no. 794(Receipt) dtd. 16/11/2015. Similiar problem had come during two years back and the same PCB board has been changed Receipt no. 5224 dtd. 24/07/2013. for Rs. 2800/- only. Now the machine is not functioning well and when the service engineer has checked, he is telling athat the complete mechanicm of the machine has to be changed and it cost around Rs. 7500/- which is very abnormal.
