Ref. Whirlpool Washing machine Complaint dated[protected]
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Purchase Whirlpool Washing Machine Model no. 31106, 6.5kg Dry
Stainwash Deep Clean 65 fully automatic top load purchase on 2016.
It has work smoothly but 26th of November suddenly breakdown and
on the same day received a call from Mr. Kashyap (from your service
provider, Sec-52, Gurugram), after discuss he had explain that Prime
mover is noising and water leakage because of Prime mover gear box is
defective and repair cost Rs. 6500/- for new gear box plus service
charge.
As per my knowledge Prime Mover/motor is 10 years warranty, It is my
request to you kindly explain what things are covered of Prime mover
under warranty.
Kindly clear my conception so, repair will be done as early as possible.
