Hi, Could some one pls update on my 2nd complaint no: 04595 raised to you on 6th Apr '14. As per my last communication with your customer support, suppose to arrange spares and the problem will be resolved by on or before 14th April itself. So far neither local service team or you sharing any dates, when Can I expect my issue will be resolved. My problem suppose to resolve in next 2days, if it is not possible by you.
