Whirlpool India — Whirlpool washing machine spin not working

My whirlpool washing machine model no-11580 serial no-INF[protected] is not working since past 2 months.spin is not working.2 months back i had lodged complaint(complaint no PT[protected]) at both service centre and toll free no provided.The engineer had come and changed the part on 6/01/15 but again it stopped working after 2 days.There after i had again lodged compaint a many times but now they have stopped responding to call.so i request the concerned authority to do the needfull as soon as possible.
