I bought a 35k worth of PRO 355 ELITE 3S ALPHA STEEL(I)(340 Ltr) on 24th May 2015
Received with faulty parts, Demo person promised for a replacement...it has been 20 days now received 3 calls asking about the same issue where the Demo person has taken pics of the faulty area on the fridge.
My Biggest mistake to choose Whirlpool.
Keep up the Worst Service/Faulty Products.
I will escalate this issue all ways possible and just like everyone do word of mouth about your company will be spread rapidly due to my FRUSTRATION
If you are really concerned about your customers I expect a replacement at the earliest.
Lets see whether you give a damn to this situation.
