Bought a refrigerator of so called reputed company Whirlpool, its motherboard got damaged in 2 years, replaced it, then after about 1 year its motherboard got damaged again.
Also gave wrong information about service visiting charge and when told that we will give same service charge as mentioned earlier as it was mistake from their side then without solving it they wrongly accused customers and threatened that they will not provide service from next time.
