Hello,
Its been more than 2-3 months since my refrigerator issue have not been resolved. I have registered my complaint 2 months ago. After me making calls to whirlpool customer care daily, it was graceful enough to arrange a visit. The mechanic who visited us, after analyzing the refrigerator said that a particular part need to be replaced. we agreed and he replaced that part but it didn't work out and my refrigerator was still not working. Again while i made the complaint, i didn't not receive a response from the whirlpool. again and again i kept on making calls and finally whirlpool was gracious enough to arrange a visit again. The mechanic was not able to figure out what the problem were with my refrigerator. After taking my refrigerator to their service center he told us that "some parts have been damaged and needs replacement. But the problem is Whirlpool have stopped manufacturing triple door refrigerator due to which parts can't be arranged. Hence, you'll have to buy a new refrigerator."
Please look into the matter and either make that particular part arranged or replace the refrigerator with a new one. Its not the customer who needs to be suffered always for the doings of the company. why should a customer suffer if the company have stopped manufacturing ?
