[Resolved] Whirlpool — Refrigerator complaint - Pending from 5 months | |
Dear Sir, I am Mr. Roopesh Pc. Customer using Whirlpool Refrigerator - MODEL GENIUS. I have registered complaint on 07.02.2014 regarding Non cooling of Refrigerator. The service person from Whirlpool - Service centre POPULAR REFRIGERATION, KANNUR attended the complaint. The compressor was replaced and gas charging was done.A total amount of Rs. 2450/- was collected.But the very next day the Refrigerator showed high sound with water leakage from rear end.It was reported on 08.02.2014 itself.But the service person came after 2 weeks due repeated request from my end. They came and adjusted the cooling rate and went away. But the complaint appeared the same dayby evening itself. It was reported, but till now nobody came to resolve the issue. Now service centre is not attending my call also.I am writing this complaint as i am so irritated by the service of Whirlpool. Now machine is producing heavy sound during working time. My compressor is still in warranty. I think the service centre is waiting for my warranty toto expire. I need the machine to be completely ready as soon as possible in warranty itself.The leakage has caused damage to inlet pipe to the compressor and bottom plate ( completely rusted ).i need the inlet pipe and bottom plate to be replaced in free of costas this damaged was caused due to irresponsiblity of Whirlpool service.If Whirlpool is not ready to rectify my complaint, i need the machine to be replaced as soon as possible.Customer Name & ADDRESS : Roopesh P CKALATHIL HOUSEKOYYODE POKANNURContact details:0497 282008498474614809495400084
