Whirlpool — Refrigerator not replaced or repaired

I have purchased new refrigerator on 11.5.13. Earlier my
Mobile no was [protected] and now is [protected]. The ref was defected
At that time problem was no cooling.I registered complaint on 13.5.13
Comp no ch[protected]. The engineer came and he put gas in it.On same
Day the problem came again.Then i registered complaint again on
15.5.13 comp no ch[protected]. They told me bring your refrigerator at
Service center at service center they he put gas in it. Then the
Cooling again stopped.Then i kept my refrigerator at dealer shop. They
Register a complaint on 25.5.13.On their shop engineer came and he
Replaced freezer, compressor and connencer coil. But the refrigerator
Didn't works. And then on 20.8.13 i registered a complaint. No is ch
[protected]. And till today my refrigerator is not replaced and not
Repaired.Upto 10 days from the date of purchase they repaired 4 times but the refrigerator not worked.After 10 days service center told that we will replace your refrigerator.But till today it is rot replaced. If you will now not replace my refrigerator in next 5
Days.Then i will go to consumer court.This we told to company.
