[Resolved]  Whirlpool Washing Machine — worst service

We bought wirlpool washing machine from snehanjali store from nallasopara west full cash payment in the month of June 2012. suddenly in the month of may we started having issues wit our machine, it used to stop while washing clothes in between and it creates a lot of problem as washing process gets stopped halfway. we called whirlpool customer service which were not helpful after struggling for a while we were able to post a complain. The technician came at our place opened the entire set, scratched wires on the main board and then asked us to pay to Rs.3000 and said its fault in the wire. Even After speaking to the head office and explaining them about the whole scene which the technician created, still ther was no help from anyone instead they were shouting at us and were trying to blame us for everything and they even said that it was rat bite or cockroach bite. I asked my friend to go to the same head office to get an insight of how do they manage there customer whose warranty is about to get over and the outcome was pretty shocking as they do it purposely so that the consumer doesn't get free under warranty repair, even if the customer agrees to pay the amount it gets distributes among the employees. Finally after struggling for months our warranty finally got over but no help was provided. I am a individual customer but there might be many like me, i would request everyone to not go for such companies whose intention is to just get money and provide no service. i wud never recommend whirlpool to anyone.
