Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited — Air Ticket Canclled by Travolook.in And 52days over Still Amount not Refund

I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Darbhanga on SpiceJet SG 493 via travolook .in on 17th June 2022 at 8.54 am.@ Rs 6990.:REF[protected] After Deducting Amount from Credit card Immediately i got a call from travolook .in care that the your ticket booking was cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount of Rs 6990 will be refunded within 7-8 working days to your credit card. I had mailed them several times and also called the customer care asking them to update the refund status Multiple time. After several reminders Still i have not received refund from company. When i was checking my credit card payment details then can to know Wing in Travel Advisory pvt Ltd is also involved as payment credited to WINGINTRAVELADVCASHFREE BENGALURU. After seeing reviews many of customer are online cheated by Both the company and they are playing with their customer and not refunding amount.
Kindly look into it on urgent basis and solve the issue.
