I have booked my AI flight ticket for myself (GC Haldar) on 17.02.2022 from Delhi to Ranchi with booking reference no. REF[protected] but they have not confirmed and they have cancelled my booking.

They informed that within 7 days money will be refunded but till date 05.03.22 not received in my account.

Now, I am trying to contact them for the refund but they receive the call, do the this-that and disconnecting. Clearly they are harrassing me and not refunding the money.

I request an action against this fraud and refund of money.
