I had booked a ticket from BLR to JRG on spice jet via travolook .in on 24th april 2022 at 11.20 am.@ Rs 5108.:REF[protected] At 11.26 am i got a reply from travolook .in that the booking was cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount of Rs 5108 will be refunded within 7-8 working days. I had mailed them several times and also called the customer care asking them to update the refund status. After several reminders I got a reply from, Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited that they have initiated a refund of ₹ 3115.00 against order ID REF[protected]T[protected] which i received after few days
I had made a query to spice jet regarding the booking and they confirmed that no such booking was done by travolook.in
I have mailed the travolook people several times to give the reason fro deducting the amount but till date there is no reply fro there side which clearly shows their intention. I went through some of the complaints against travolook and found that i am not the first person to be cheated.
I would be grateful if you could help me getting the rest amount and also imose a fine so that the will stop this business . I have compiled all the mails and can produce as a proof if you require. Thankyou Was this information helpful? |
