I had done recharge for bronze 80 plan yesterday night but still my internet is not activated. The amount was debited from my bank but wishnet self care portal is not showing it in transaction history.
Please help me with this, I paid Rs 647.82 rupees for bronze 80 plan. I have the payment reference no. I have contacted them over their call centre multiple times from yesterday night but the issue is still not resolved. Please help...

I completed my recharge process yesterday but still my internet is not working. The amount was deducted from my bank but wishnet self care transaction history is showing that no transaction has been done.

Each month they cut off internet connection for whole day. But they take monthly rental for internet connection. I am a customer of wishnet broadband. For two days i have no internet. I've called their customer care a lot of times but still the issue is unresolved. Worst broadband service. I'll be changing the provider next month....

My Wishnet customer id is 301194. I did the online recharge from Wishnet self care portal by using this link https://wishnet.in/login/ on 5th Nov, 2021 at around 12:20 AM midnight for Bronze 70. Recharge done successfully through UPI. Money deducted from the bank and also my selfcare portal also updated with the active plan. But when I connect my laptop with Wishnet internet it shows a login screen. No confirmation of recharge successful...

Everyday internet service stopped from 10;00 am to 5 pm. Due to covid situation I am working from home but wishnet providing pathetic service.

Even after repeated call to customer care there is any solution.

Hello Sir/ Madam I Rikash Thapa of shivmandir, Sp mukherjee road has a wishnet connection and recently I switched to fibre connection fir better performance fit my exams preparation but what I am getting is too slow sometimes it doesn't work and this occurs whole day it keeps on fluctuating.. Please look out this problem because m using WIHSNET since 4 years so kindly solve my problem's..

I selected EROS, Shemaroo and Hoichoi but by default wishnet and epicon has been given.very poor customer service.customer care personnel have very poor attitude.net service is too poor disgusting service....

One of the routers gone off and a portion of the house is without internet since over a week. It was reported to one Sagar, who use to attend complaints in Kalighat area, is not bothering to attend it. We are buying mobile data and and are forced to use immense mobile data and mobile wifi in laptop. This is disgusting....

I am a active user of Wishnet Internet and the representatives are continuing harrasing me and depriving me from my OTT services which is applicable for my pack and they are denying to solve it.
I have already notified earlier for the subscription of OTT and the same case has been happened with me two times also.They are harrasing us with registered user id 119573....
