On 2 Jun, I placed an order for 03 Ferro cast iron pan, kadai & dosa tawa. Received the items on 09Jun and before using I rinsed the utensils, wiped with cloth but to my surprise it started leaving rust and rusting marks stayed. Complaint registered on 10Jun but till date no solution.
Despite numerous complaints to Customer care & NRC team no one has visited my house for collection, replacement or refund.
It is cheating, fraud and a case of poor after sales, customer service. Never expected such a pathetic service from such a popular brand and promoted by Sanjeev Kapoor. I would appreciate if concerned team can take immediate action and process refund.
