Wonderchef Home Appliances — Leakage in Mixing jar. Nutri blend kitchen maker

I purchased nutriblend wonderchrf Nutri Blend kitchen Machine in May'20. Now, all of a sudden, the mixing jar has developed a leakage from the blade It is under warranty..Despite our complaints to the company two times, no one has visited the house for replacement / repair.
