Wonderchef Home Appliances — not entertained my order given over phone watching aid on tv.

On 03.03.2018 while watching tv one aid of wondering cookware granite 3set was coming. I placed order over phone. Further the lady to whom my conversation held told me about one small oil container and ask me for order also. I replied to add the item. Now very sorry to say that main order for cookware has not materlised and the oil container only sent through dhile dry currier. Is this your services online.

Nutri blend mixy not able to grind content. Rubber stick are coming out from machine. Making so much noise & heat.
