Wonderchef Home Appliances — Nutriblend returned and I have not received any reimbursement | |||||
8-10 months ago, i purchased a nutriblend after watching your add on tv. Once it was delivered, the blender appeared to not receive any power. Without further delay, i sent your product back to you within 36 hours of the delivery date. I have the return slip along with tracking number with me just in case i needed it for such situation. As of you, wonderchef still owes me 3500 rupees for the faulty machine even though it was returned with proof. Everything we call wonderchef, it appears that all their employees are always assisting other customers. After patiently waiting 15 mins on hold for customer support, the customer support's automated system says, "good bye!" The service wonderchef provides is immaculate.
