Delivery received on 12/jul/2020.
After 2 uses on 3rd day, the product base which is made of grinding stone developed a large crack without any mishandling or negligence from my end.
Called up wonderchef customer care on 16/jul/2020 and registered my complaint with saloni and she stated someone from their team would contact me in couple of days and visit to fix / replace as appropriate.
No one called, hence i called back to wonderchef customercare on 20/jul/2020 and spoke with meghna who gave me complaint number ma[protected] and said someone would contact shortly. Waited for 10 days and since no one called back i called again to wonderchef customercare on 30/jul/2020 and spoke with nilesh who gave me a number for shiva choudhary who runs the service center where ticket is assigned. I tried calling the number daily but no one was responding on this number. Hence i again called wonderchef customercare for 4th time on 3/aug/2020 and spoke with meghla who said she has escalated the case and will ensure someone will attend shortly.
