Complaint marked as Resolved Consumer complaints has helped in following up with wonderchef. My mails were looked into and although the process was very slow, by reposting updates of the first follow up and time lapses it helped to escalate the problem. After reposting yesterday's message, i posted on Facebook. But as soon as i did this, I received an SMS saying they had couriered the parcel so I took down my post. It arrived late evening and was happy to say that they sent all the missing parts.
