Dear Woodland team,
This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(15 nov 2023). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I received an email regarding my payment failure twice but my money was already debited from my account. Still this time I didn’t get any confirmation mail regarding order is placed, so humbly request you to accept for the same above and respond as soon as possible please.
